Description
An early 19th century pair of attached houses. The house to the left is constructed of squared and coursed rubble, while the house to the right is of random rubble, both with a slate roof and three squared rubble stacks. The left-hand house is symmetrical, with two storeys and a 3-bay facade to the front, extending to 2 bays. It has 16-light sash windows in plain stone surrounds. There are two door openings; the left-hand door is a 6-panelled door, with the top four panels glazed and set within a plain stone surround, topped by a moulded flat stone hood supported on cut stone brackets. The right-hand door is a 4-panelled door with the top two panels glazed, and a transom light above. A single-storey, rendered, pent-roofed outshut extends to the left, with a pantile roof and a glazed door facing the frontage.
