(Marked on OS map as Jasmine Cottage). Cottage in row. C17, modified. Local lias stone cut and squared; thatched roof with abutments; brick and stone chimney stack. Single storey with attics, 4 bays. Horizontal bar casements, of early pattern bay 1 and upper bay 3; small-pane 3-light casement lower bay 3, and to bay 4 two small lights set in ovolo mould timber frame; timber lintols to all lower windows; to lower bay 2 a 6-flush-panel door with two glazed lights. under timber lintol, no hood. Interior not seen.
