Description
The house between Morven and Camelot is a building from the early 19th century, constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with a Ham stone plinth. It features a Welsh slate roof that has a plain gable on the south side and is hipped on the north, with a wide eaves overhang and a brick chimney stack. The house is two storeys high and has a symmetrical two-bay facade that stands out from the adjoining houses. On the ground floor, there are two 16-pane sash windows flanking a 20th-century fully-glazed door. Above, there is a linked pair of 12-pane sash windows, some of which contain crown glass panes. All window openings have gauged brick flat arches. The south side of the house has a circular window below and a 12-pane sash window above, while the north side is plain but features lias stone in the bottom courses and a blocked doorway. The interior has not been seen. This house was formerly the surgery for the doctor living in Morven.
