Description

  1. STAPLEGROVE ROAD 5365 (South-West Side) Weir House ST 2225 6/372 II GV 2. On the corner with French Weir Avenue. C18. 2 storey roughcast south front. Slate roof. 3 windows. 3-light canted bays to each side of ground floor. Sashes with glazing bars. Doorcase with open pediment on Tuscan 3/4 columns. Central round- headed doorway with fanlight and double 3-panel doors.

Weir House, Weir Lodge and Gatepiers form a group together with Nos 86 to 90 (even) Staplegrove Road, the Summerhouse at Language Centre, The Cottage, and Swiss Cottage, Linden Grove.
