Description

The Round House is a house from the late 18th century. It features roughcast over rubble and has an octagonal shape with a pyramid roof that has deep eaves, covered in local stone slates. A central brick stack is present. The building has an irregular octagonal plan and is a single storey with scattered windows. The windows are early 20th century and consist of 3-light mullioned and transomed designs. The entrance is located in an arched recess and includes a square, studded plank door. The interior has not been viewed.
