Boundary wall. C18 probably. Ham stone near ashlar, averaging 1.5m high, with thin angled coping, returning back to north-west corner of house; opposite the main door are square gate piers with moulded rebate, with step and ball finials. In front of this wall a raised pavement with riser in squared Ham stone and Keinton stone flags. Ham stone edging, averaging 700 mm high; 3 stone steps up opposite the gateway; all contributing to the setting of the house and to the streetscene.
