Semi-detached cottage. C18. Ham stone cut and squared, with coursed rubble to sides and rear, ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tiles between high stepped coped gables, replacing thatch; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows, with unworked top mitres, 3-light with iron-framed centre opening lights, horizontal bar glazed; between bays a recessed doorway with plain beaded surround, early C20 door: lean-to extension against west gable, and further lean-to at rear. Interior not seen.
