Detached Farmhouse, originally 2 properties. Probably C17, with modifications. Ham stone cut and squared, on rubble base, ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tile roof with plain gables; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays, of which bay 3 is much wider and of different build; bays 1 and 2 have had the roof raised. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows of 3 lights above and 2, 4 and 3 lights below, the windows to lower bays 2 and 3 having square labels; all windows plain glazed, with central iron-framed opening lights; to left of bay 3 a wide boarded door in plain opening. Through covered way against north gable. Interior not seen.
