Description

This milestone, likely from the 18th century, is located 83 meters southwest of the junction between West Coker Road (A30) and Camp Road. It is made of Hamstone and features a cast-iron plate. The stone slab stands on the north side of the A30, painted white with a shouldered, triangular top. The plate on the south face has a shouldered, curved top and is inscribed with the words 'II YEOVIL'.
