Description

Burton Barton is one of a terrace of four cottages, dating from around 1800. The building is constructed from cut and squared ham stone, featuring exposed timber lintels. It has a thatched roof with a coped northwest gable and a brick end chimney stack. The cottage is two storeys high and has two bays, with two-light leaded casement windows that follow an 18th-century pattern. There is a late 20th-century entrance door located in the second bay. The interior has not been seen.
