Description
No. 4 Buntham, also known as Bunthams Cottages, is one of a terrace of four cottages dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from cut and squared local stone, featuring heavy Ham stone ashlar quoins. The cottage has a thatched roof with coping on the northwest gable and brick chimney stacks at each end. It is a single storey building with an attic and has two bays. The 18th-century rectangular leaded casements consist of three lights, with the lower window having an exposed timber lintel and the upper window set into the thatch. There is a simple boarded door located between the windows, also with an exposed timber lintel. The interior has not been seen.
