Description

No 32A and Lynnhaven is a pair of cottages, originally three, dating from the late 18th century. They are built of ham stone ashlar and feature a Welsh slate roof with a stepped coped gable on the south side. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays in total.

The cottages have mullioned windows with three lights, which are beaded and have simple architraves. The first bay includes steel inserts, while the upper sections of the third and fourth bays have leaded glass. The lower sections of the third and fourth bays feature horizontal-bar inserts. There are plain doorways to the left of the third and fourth bays, and a blocked doorway to the right of the first bay. In the second bay, there are two elliptical-arched openings; the lower one is blocked with matching four-light windows, and the upper one has a pair of part-glazed doors set in a recess.

The south gable has some brick patching and includes 20th-century windows. The interiors have not been seen.
