Description

Little Thatchings is a 19th-century cottage located at the end of a row in Lower Odcombe. The construction is of stone rubble with a thatched roof, featuring a coped north gable, and a brick chimney stack. The cottage is two stories high and has a single bay. On the ground floor, there is a three-light casement window with small panes in a style reminiscent of earlier patterns, and to the right, a boarded door sheltered by a concrete slab hood supported on wrought-iron brackets. Above, between the bays, is a three-light horizontal-bar casement window of an earlier style. A lean-to addition is present at the rear. The interior was not inspected.
