Pair of cottages. Early-mid C19. Local lias stone cut and squared; Welsh slate roofs with plain bargeboarded gables; central cluster of 4 brick chimney stacks set diagonally on square stone base. Two storeys, 4 bays in all, in which the middle bays are gabled projection. Timber casement windows with honeycomb lattice glazing in plain openings, with voussoired flat arches to the lower 3-light windows and stone lintols to the 2-light windows above; to the outer bays the doors set in segmental arched openings, that to No 12 an early C20 part-glazed door and to No 13 an original door; no windows above. No 12 has a wing wall to west with an old pattern boarded gate and wrot iron hinges. Interiors not seen.
