Description
Park Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse that may date from the 18th century but was remodeled in the early 19th century. It is constructed from local grey lias stone that has been cut and squared, topped with a Welsh slate roof between coped gables and featuring stone chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays. The upper storey has small pane horizontal sliding windows, while the lower storey features three-light horizontal bar casement windows, all set under flat voussoired arches with keystones. Between the first and second bays, there is a Regency pattern six-panel door in a similar opening. At the rear, there is an extension that retains an 18th-century character, with a double Roman clay tiled roof. The interior has not been seen. Attached to the north-east gable is a single-storey, two-bay outhouse that matches the farmhouse, complete with a loading platform at the joint with the house.
