Description
The John Jenkins monument is a chest tomb located about 4 meters south of the south porch of the Church of St. Margaret in Spax ton. Dated to around 1740, it is made of dressed stone and features an unusually slender design set on a high moulded plinth. The north and south sides have end pilasters with grooving, and the north side includes an inset oval panel that bears an inscription dedicated to John Jenkins.
