Description
Peart Hall is a rectory that has been converted into a house, dating from the early 19th century, though it retains elements from an earlier structure. The building is roughcast with a hipped slate roof and brick stacks. It stands two storeys tall and features five bays. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor includes French windows with glazing bars and marginal lights, along with some fretwork blind boxes. The entrance has a door opening topped with a triangular pediment and flanked by pilasters, leading to a six-panelled door with the top two panels glazed. Inside, there are notable early 19th-century features, including fireplaces and cornices, as well as a medieval fireplace set in a massive stone surround.
