Description

Holmes Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, which was rebuilt in the early 19th century. It features roughcast walls and a slate roof, with brick and roughcast stacks. The building has a cross-passage plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, comprising eight bays. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. There is a door opening that contains a half-glazed door, and a glazed verandah on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a six-panelled door.
