Description

The Jenkins monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, 3 metres south of the Unitarian Chapel in Frenchay. It dates from the mid-18th century and is made of freestone. The tomb features a heavy, moulded plinth, corner balusters, and plain panels that include one incised moulding, topped with a moulded slab. The inscription commemorates Hannah Jenkins, although the date is illegible.
