Description

Nos 13 and 15 Church Street are a pair of cottages, part of a row, dating from around 1730. They have a smooth render finish and a slate roof. The cottages are three storeys high, with one bay each. The upper storeys feature seal flush sash windows under the eaves, while the remaining windows have edge-moulded stone surrounds on bull-nose cills. The ground floor windows have cornices, with the left window of No 13 featuring an early glazing bar sash, and the other window consisting of casements. There are paired central doorways topped with a single moulded cornice; No 13 has a 18th-century six-panelled door, while No 15 has a 20th-century door with a gabled and glazed porch.
