Description

Bridge House and Clarendon Cottage is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed from coursed and squared Doulting rubble, with brick and ashlar stacks, and features a slate roof with a dormer. The building has a rectangular plan, is two storeys high with an attic, and has a facade divided into 1:3:3:1 bays. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, set in plain stone surrounds, and there are paired sash windows on the left side of the ground floor. The entrance is located in the centre of the right three bays, featuring a six-panelled door with the top four panels glazed. To the right of the entrance, there is a broad opening with double plank doors.
