Description

This is an early 19th-century terraced row consisting of three buildings on the east side of Market Place. The buildings have smooth rendered facades, with a moulded eaves cornice on numbers 1 and 2. They have a concrete double Roman tile roof and brick and rubble stacks. Numbers 1 and 2 each have two bays, while number 3 has one bay. Each building features 16-pane sash windows in plain stone surrounds. The doorways are similarly surrounded. Number 1 has a central door, which is half-glazed with marginal glazing bars. Number 2 has a doorway on the left, with a six-panel door, the top two panels glazed. Number 3 has a doorway on the right, with a 20th-century two-panelled door and a narrow overlight.
