Description

Praters is a cottage dating from around 1700, with a significant addition made in the mid-19th century to the west. The building is constructed of painted rubble and features imitation stone slates, along with gable end rubble chimneys. It has a "T"-shaped plan. The main facade is three storeys high and consists of two bays, with late 20th-century casement windows, although there is only one window on the second floor. The rear wing, which dates back to around 1700, includes two ranges of two and three-light edge hollow chamfer stone mullion windows. The entrance is located in a 20th-century gabled porch.
