Description

House at 27 East Street, dating from the 17th century with late 19th century alterations. The building is roughcast with a roof made of pantiles and double Roman tiles, which is divided into two distinct sections and features two brief ridge stacks. It has a modified cross-passage plan and is one and a half storeys tall, with two bays on the ground floor and one in the attic. The windows include two and three-light casements with glazing bars, and there are two window openings on the first floor in half dormers topped with double Roman tile pent roofs. The entrance is located at the extreme right and features a four-panelled door.
