Description

No 28 is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It has a pebbledashed and colourwashed exterior, topped with a double Roman tile roof and featuring an end brick ridge stack. The cottage has a nearly symmetrical front with two storeys and two bays. The windows are 3-light casements, each with a single horizontal glazing bar, and the ground floor windows have slightly cambered heads. The central door opening contains a plank door, which also has a slightly cambered head. This building is included in the register primarily for its group value.
