Description
Perrinpit Farmhouse is a house dating from around 1700. It has a roughcast exterior and double Roman tile roofs. The building is two storeys tall with an attic and features six windows, all of which are 20th-century cross windows set beneath a continuous drip mould. The central entrance has a 20th-century nine-panel door framed by a mock-Georgian doorcase. The roof is tall and hipped, with plain parapets and a light cornice, and there are end chimneys with paired diagonal stacks. At the rear, there are two wings with irregular window arrangements, all fitted with 20th-century casements, many of which are placed under hood moulds. Inside, there is a fine open-well staircase with twisted balusters.
