This is an early 19th-century house located on the south side of Church Road in Frampton Cotterell. The house is rendered with lined-out detailing and has a double Roman tile roof. It is two storeys high and has two windows. The lower windows have stepped voussoirs and keystones. An off-centre door is half-glazed, and there are central and end chimney stacks.
