12/303 Sharman, Butchers shop between Nos 25 and 27 - GV II

Shop, probably former coach house to No 27. C18. Ham stone rubble, with ashlar front; clay pantlies between stepped coped gables. Single storey with attic, at right angles to road. Later C20 shop front in west gable with signs of blocked loft door above; boarded doors and plain casements on north side. Interior not seen. Included primarily for group value.
