Description

This primary school, built in 1876, is designed in the Gothic style and features red sandstone random rubble with Ham stone dressings. The building has an H-plan layout and is single storey, with a floor inserted in the south cross wing, giving it an asymmetrical appearance. It showcases many shaped gables and a patterned roof with ridge tiles. The windows are mullioned and transomed, with shoulders. The entrance has a gabled porch in the center marked "Girls," while the left return elevation indicates "Boys." There is also a canopied porch on brackets at the right return elevation, which serves the headmaster's house.
