Description

Three cottages, now used as stores, are located west of Castle Cottage in Wiveliscombe. These cottages date from the late 18th century and are part of an L-shaped site that forms a courtyard with Castle Cottage. The buildings are rendered and feature a hipped Welsh slate roof on the long side of the L, while the adjacent building next to Castle Cottage has a bitumenized slate roof. They are two storeys high and have a layout of three bays, then two bays, and finally one bay. The windows are fitted with glazing bar sashes, and there are two doorways, one of which has a leaded fanlight and a moulded six-panel door.
