Description

Two Steps is a house dating from the late 16th or early 17th century. It is constructed of colourwashed rubble and features a thatched roof with a brick stack at one end. The building is single storey with an attic and consists of two bays. The first floor has 19th-century three-light casement windows, each topped with thatched bonnet hoods. There is a door opening on the right with a plank door. Inside, there are notable features including a fireplace, ceiling beams with run-out stops, and part of an ornamental plaster frieze on the ground floor.
