Description
Chapel Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse, altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with a thatched roof, featuring a coped verge on the left side and two brick ridge stacks. The farmhouse has two storeys and four bays, with 20th-century three-light wooden casements and square-paned leaded lights. A door opening is fitted with a 20th-century door and a thatched hood supported by wrought-iron.
The interior retains features of interest, including chamfered and stopped ceiling beams, a stud and plank screen, and evidence of a cruck on the first floor.
