Description

Spinners Welle is a house dating from the 17th or early 18th century. It is constructed of painted rubble stone with a thatched roof, originally with a stack at the north end, now hipped over a later addition. The house is single-storey with an attic. The front elevation features a door with a single light on the left, a triple casement window to the right, and a pair of casement windows within an eyebrow dormer above. The windows feature 20th-century leaded lights. The later north end addition has 20th-century windows on the front. A bead-moulded attic light is located at the south end.
