Description

Langley Gate Farmhouse is a farmhouse that was originally built in the late 17th century and later altered in the 19th century. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a stone slate roof with end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a four-window front, which includes 19th-century margin-light sash windows, with a tripartite arrangement on the ground floor to the left. There is a 17th-century drip course above the upper windows and a 17th-century moulded flush doorcase surrounding the second window on the ground floor. The farmhouse also has attic dormers at the rear and a rubble stone wing to the northeast.
