Description
Trelinnoe Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 17th century or possibly earlier, with later extensions and alterations. It is constructed of rendered stone rubble and features a hipped ragslate roof. The building has stone and slate hung stacks at the rear, both lateral and gable end. The layout is likely a three-room plan with a through or cross-passage, and it has added wings. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical four-window front facing northeast. The windows include various 19th-century casements with two, three, and four lights, most of which have glazing bars, as well as a 19th-century 16-pane sash window on the left side of the first floor. To the left of the centre, there is a doorway that features a late 19th-century rendered gabled porch with a three-centred arch, keyblock, and a late 19th-century half-glazed door. At the rear, there are two gable-ended wings on the right; the outer right gable is slate hung, while the inner left wing has a corrugated iron outshut behind the main range, with casement windows. The interior was not accessible at the time of the survey.
