Description
Vine Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed of painted rubble stone and features a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the east. The building has brick stacks at the west end and along the ridge. It has one and a half storeys and consists of two sections. On the left side, between the stacks, there is a large eyebrow window above two pairs of casements and two ground floor six-pane sash windows. To the right, there is another six-pane sash window. The entrance is located in a porch at the west end. The slightly lower section on the right has a pair of casement windows above and two pairs of casement windows below on the east end wall.
