Farmhouse, C16/C17, C19 alterations, Coursed and squared rubble; slate roof, hipped to left, in 2 sections of differing height; 2 brick ridge stacks. Cross-passage plan. Two storeys, 3:1 bays, 2-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows, that to left of ground floor under a stopped label; three 3 light casements, that to left of first floor in a half dormer. Door opening to second bay, plank door in a moulded surround; door opening and left bay to ground floor obscured by a C20 lean-to which is of no special intrest. Roof of cruck construction; fireplace in a massive stone surround with a cornice shelf; cross-beam ceiling. (VAG report, unpublished SRO, Jan 1979).
