Former schoolroom, now dwelling. C18. Stucco, slate, coped verges, an ashlar, a rendered and a reconstituted stone stack, freestone dressings. L-plan. Single storey, 4 bays, 2-light edge-moulded stone-mullioned and transited windows. Central inserted door opening, stone surround, 6-panelled floor. Similar style on left return. Included principally for historical interest.
