School house, now house. Late C18/early C19. Stucco; dry slate roof; rendered brick end stacks; louvred clay pots. Double-depth plan with probably 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall, plus later lean-to on the left. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 16-pane hornless sashes. Central doorway with cobweb fanlight over 6-panel door with flush bottom panels and later glazed top panels; distyle wooden Tuscan porch with moulded entablature. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
