Lodge to country house. Early C19. Stucco; low-pitched fish-scale dry slate roof with projecting eaves and verges; central stuccoed stack with simple entablature. 2-room plan. EXTERIOR: single storey; symmetrical 2-window front with original cast-iron 2-light latticed casements. Central doorway with planked door within trellised porch with low-pitched roof and open front gable. INTERIOR: not inspected.
