Description
The lodge to Bolham House is an early 19th-century building that serves as a gatehouse for the country house. It is constructed of stucco and features a low-pitched fish-scale dry slate roof with projecting eaves and verges. A central stuccoed stack with a simple entablature is present. The lodge has a two-room plan and is a single-storey structure. The front is symmetrical with two windows, which contain original cast-iron two-light latticed casements. There is a central doorway that leads into a planked door set within a trellised porch, which has a low-pitched roof and an open front gable. The interior has not been inspected.
