Description

Yew Tree House is an early 19th-century house located in East Pennard Village. It features Flemish bond brickwork with dressed stone quoins and a slate roof, complemented by end brick stacks. The building has a symmetrical front with two storeys and three bays, showcasing 12-pane sash windows with stepped freestone voussoirs. A central six-panelled door is set beneath a flat-roofed trellis porch.
