Farmbuilding comprising Dutch barn with loft over cartshed. Early C19. Red sandstone random rubble, brick dressings, plain clay tile roof over whole range, 3 bays of Dutch barn South with king post roof, weatherboarding extending below eaves partially damaged. Plan: range lying North-South, loft over cartshed and Dutch barn, latter also forming entrance to foldyard on East front, abutting Pomeroy's Farmhouse (qv) to South. East front, first floor square headed entrance to granary approached by external flight of stairs, ground floor right double doors under segmental brick relieving arch. Unlit on West front. Forms an important contribution to the street scene in centre of Staplegrove Village, abutting Pomeray's Farmhouse to the South.
