Farmhouse. Early C19. Rendered and colourwashed, slate roof, wide eaves, a brick and 2 ashlar stacks. L-plan. Two storeys, 2:3 bays, 16-pane sash windows in freestone surrounds, one window on ground floor with glazing bars removed, one window blank. Door opening in freestone surround, C20 half-glazed door.
