Description
High Pond House is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on High Lane in Burrill with Cowling. The building is constructed of rubblestone and rendered, topped with a concrete slate roof. It has three storeys and features four bays, with a lower two-storey block on the right side. The entrance consists of a half-glazed 20th-century door with an overlight above it. The windows on the ground and first floors are 16-pane sashes with stone cills, while the second floor has two 8-pane side-sliding sashes, also with stone cills. The house has end stacks.
