EDINGTON CP HOLY WELL ROAD (West side) ST34SE 6/50 Holywell House - - II

House. Late C18. Flemish bond brick, rubble returns, coped verges, pantile roof, end brick stacks. Symmetrical frontage; 2 storeys, 3 bays, 2-light casements to first floor with horizontal glazing bars, similar taller 3-light casements to ground floor; each window with rubbed brick voussoirs and a central freestone key. Altered central door opening, segmental head, paired C20 glazed doors, transom light. Lower height wing at rear. (Marked on an Estate map of 1792 which is deposited SRO).
