Description
Sutton Grange is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick in Flemish bond and features a pantiled roof. The building is two storeys tall and has a symmetrical elevation with three bays. On the ground floor, there is a central 20th-century glazed door flanked by 16-pane sash windows, all set under wedge lintels. The first floor has a 12-pane sash window above the door, also flanked by 16-pane sashes, with all windows having sills and positioned under wedge lintels. The house has end stacks and a hipped roof. At the time of the last survey, it was undergoing restoration and extension works.
