Description

The Laurels is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond with rubble side walls. The building has a gable-ended tiled roof with brick stacks at each end. It stands two storeys high and features a three-window range. The ground floor openings have segmental brick heads with stone keystones. The windows are two-light casements with glazing bars. There is a panelled door with a fanlight, which is set under a shallow segmental head that also has a stone keystone and imposts. The house includes a gabled porch.
