Description

This is a barn dated 1785, located to the left of Calf Cop Farmhouse in Bentham. It is constructed from slobbered rubble and features a stone slate roof. The barn has a tall central wagon entrance with a segmental head and a keystone that displays the date. Above the entrance, there is a gabled slate hood that is supported by one wooden bracket and two stone brackets. The barn is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
