Farmhouse. Probably late C18, altered. Pinkish brick in Flemish bond, inter- locking tile roof. 2 storeys with attic, 3 frays, with partial rear outshut and added rear wing. Openings have stretcher-brick heads. Central C20 door and 4-pane overlight in wood frame. C20 cross-casement windows with projecting sills. 3-course lst-floor band. Eaves band. Tabled end stacks. Rear: main range has stopped eaves. Wing has line of former, lower, gable with tumbled-in brickwork and blocked window opening; added outshut to side of wing. Left return: a small 4-pane side-sliding sash to left on 1st floor and to attic; wing has a 16-pane sash to ground floor and an 8-pane side-sliding sash above. Right return: small 16-pane side-sliding sash to attic; tumbled- in brickwork to gable and 1 ends of 2 iron tie-rods.
