Description

Sea View Cottage is a late 18th-century building situated in Lythe, near Sandsend. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with a pantiled roof, stone copings, kneelers, and brick end chimneys. The cottage is two storeys high with two windows, and incorporates a single-storey extension to the left. Mid-20th century small-paned casements are probably set within the original window openings. A small, central wooden porch has been added.
